Do you have a contact form?
Yes, you can contact us directly via our contact page. You can also email us at contact@flashmarques.com or call us at 06 27 42 01 30.
Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Can I contact you or reply by SMS?
No, we do not process requests by SMS. To ensure optimal follow-up of your request, please contact us by:

My Order
What is my order number?
Your order number is provided to you upon confirmation of your purchase, in the confirmation email automatically sent to the email address provided during the order.
It is in the format #XXXXX. If you cannot find this email, check your spam folder. You can also find it in your customer area if you have created an account on Flashmarques.
If needed, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com with the email address used during the order.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, so it is important to act quickly.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@flashmarques.com, indicating your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to wait for the package to be delivered and make a return under our return policy (14 days after receipt).
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. Click on the link in this email to track your package in real-time.
Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery: 7 to 10 business days after shipment
If you have not received a tracking email within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@flashmarques.com.
Items are missing from my order, where are they?
If items are missing from your package, several explanations are possible:
- Your order may have been shipped in several separate packages, with different tracking numbers. Check your emails for a second shipping notification.
- An item may be temporarily out of stock and shipped separately at a later date.
In all cases, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com, indicating your order number.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Look in your inbox for an email with the subject "Your order has been shipped" or similar. Remember to check your spam folder.
If you have created an account on Flashmarques, you can also find it in your customer area, under "My Orders."
If you do not find it after 3 business days following your order, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com.
My tracking number is not working.
Sometimes the tracking number is not immediately active after the shipping email is sent. It may take the carrier 24 to 48 hours to register the package in their tracking system.
If after 48 hours the number still does not work, or if no update appears for several days, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Delivery Time
What are the delivery times?
Here are the lead times from your order:
- Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Delivery: 7 to 10 business days after shipment
Business days are Monday to Friday. No packages are shipped on weekends or public holidays. These times may be slightly extended during periods of high activity (holidays, Black Friday, sales).
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery fees are as follows for all countries we ship to:
- Order under €29.99: €2.99
- Order equal to or over €29.99: Free delivery
We deliver to mainland France, Germany, and the United States.
Exchanges
How do I get an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item (size, color, model), here's the procedure:
- Return the item under our return policy (14 days after receipt)
- Once the refund is processed (within 14 business days), place a new order for the desired item
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com with your order number.
Return / Refund
How to make a return and get a refund?
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of a return request.
Here is the procedure:
- Contact us at contact@flashmarques.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging, at your own expense
- The refund will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the package, via the same payment method

I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
If you have just placed your order and it has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@flashmarques.com with your order number. We will do our best to correct the error before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, wait for the package to be delivered and make a return under our return policy (14 days after receipt). You can then place a new order with the correct items.
Modify My Order
Is it possible to modify my order?
Any modification (delivery address, item, quantity) is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@flashmarques.com, indicating your order number and the desired modification. We will do our best to intervene before shipment, but we cannot guarantee it.
Once the order has been shipped, no modifications are possible.

Is my information secure?
Yes, absolutely. Here are the measures in place to protect your data:
- Our site uses the HTTPS (SSL) protocol, which encrypts all data exchanged between your browser and our site
