Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
No packages are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Example: an order placed on Friday evening is processed at the earliest the following Monday and shipped at the latest on Wednesday. -
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, please allow 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to receive your package at the address provided.
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (holidays, sales, Black Friday) or in the event of postal or customs delays beyond our control. Flashmarques cannot be held responsible for these delays.
As soon as your order is shipped, an email containing your tracking number is automatically sent to you at the address provided during checkout. -
Delivery zones and rates
We deliver to the following countries:
Shipping is free for all orders of €29.99 or more to metropolitan France, Germany, and the United States.
We do not currently deliver to other countries. If your country is not on this list, we invite you to contact us to check the possibilities.-
Tracking your order
A tracking link is included in the shipping email you receive automatically. If you have a problem with your tracking or if you have not received this email, contact us at contact@flashmarques.com or by phone at 06 27 42 01 30. -
Undelivered or lost package
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after the shipping date, please contact us at contact@flashmarques.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution as soon as possible (reshipment or refund). -
