Refund policy

  1. Right of withdrawal
    In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
    To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within this period by contacting us at contact@flashmarques.com or by phone at 06 27 42 01 30.

  2. Return conditions
    To be accepted, the returned item must:
    Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged;
    Be in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and manuals included;
    Be accompanied by the order number.
    Please note: any item returned incomplete, damaged, without its original packaging, or visibly used may be subject to a depreciation fee or a refund refusal. We do not accept exchanges; any validated return will exclusively result in a refund via the payment method used during the order.

  3. Return procedure — step by step
    Contact us by email at contact@flashmarques.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
    We will provide you with the return address and packaging instructions by email.
    Ship the package at your expense within 14 days following your withdrawal notification. We recommend sending it with tracking and proof of postage.
    Receipt and inspection: upon receipt of the package, we check the condition of the item within 3 to 5 business days.
    Refund issued within 14 business days after receipt and validation of the return, via the same payment method used during the order.

  4. Return shipping costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
    Defective or damaged item upon delivery;
    Error on our part (wrong item shipped);
    Item not matching the website description.
    In these exceptional cases, we cover the return shipping costs and will communicate the procedure to you by email.

  5. Refund
    The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 business days after the date we receive the returned package and validate the condition of the item.
    The refund is issued via the payment method used during the order (credit card, PayPal, etc.). No store credit or discount voucher is imposed instead of a cash refund.

  6. Items not eligible for return
    In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    Personalized or custom-made items according to customer specifications;
    Items liable to deteriorate rapidly;
    Items unsealed by the customer that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
